COBOLPRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. COBOLPRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COBOLPRO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF COBOLPRO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. COBOLPRO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold COBOLpro harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
